Commissioning and re-commissioning of robot systems for new systems or integration into existing systems
Our robot programmers have extensive experience with robots and robot systems from different manufacturers (KUKA, Fanuc, Motoman, ABB, etc.). A thorough and smooth commissioning is the basis for a reliable and efficient operation of the robot system in production. After the mechanical and electrical construction or the displacement of the robot system, the robot is recalibrated and the tools are measured. Furthermore, the interface (bus system) of the robot is configured and prepared for programming.
